STEADY BONGO DISCLOSED THE BEST KID MUSICIAN IN SIERRA LEONE.

Sierra Leone's musicians grandfather *Lansana Sheriff* better known by his stage name *Steady Bongo* has on Saturday 28th July 2018 disclosed the best kid musician in the country.

This disclosure was made at the Makeni Town hall during the musical battle between Freetown and Makeni where he served as chief judge.

The event hosted top Sierra Leonean entertainers and music loving fans to express not only their gratitude to the just elected President of the *Makeni Artiste Union, Franklyn Milton  (Stunt Man)* but to see the winners of the competition as well.

Interestingly, one of Makeni top comedians *Silver Spun* battled with Freetown comedian, *Agness Bockarie.*

Another category which put fans in a state of excitement was the battle between *Rap G* of *"Enama" fame.* and *CLJ d Principal* of *"E nor concern u" fame.*

However, the main competition fans were yearning to see that night was the battle between *Augu B D pekin Dem Granny* of *"Tholon Pepeh"* fame and *Leonus Jr* of *"Buy for me sweet"* fame. Unfortunately, Leonus was not among.

Despite his absence, *D pekin Dem Granny, Augu B* mesmerized the stage with her *Tholon Pepeh performance.* For the first time in Makeni, fans cheered and shed tears of joy  to see her performed not only as a singer, but as a dancer as well. Her performance also motivated the *2017 National Entertainment Award (NEA) Cultural Singer Winner* *Internet Man* *"Okrumor"* to perform with her for the first time. Internet Man is one amongst the few Sierra Leonean artistes who seldom go on stage to perform for or with another artiste.

After her performance,  grandfather Steady Bongo called on the attention of the jubilating fans to give him ears whilst he made this pronouncement;
 *"I Lansana Sheriff aka Steady Bongo have watched all the performing kids on the America Got Talent shows. None of them can perform better than what I have seen this night from Augu B's performance. She is the best kid artiste I have seen".*

Augu B joined her joy crying fans to shed tears of joy as she did not expect such from the music legendary, Steady Bongo. In an interview with her, she said that, she felt blessed by Grandpa Steady. However, she dedicated her talent to God and acknowledged her parents, promoters and dancers for their unimaginable love and contributions towards her music career. She promised to always give the best to her fans. She concluded by disclosing that, she will stage her Makeni show on February, 2019.
